MADELEINE : EXTROVERT OR SHY?

I think this must be Mr Smith's e-fit of Madeleine's abductor oh I mean predator (stick to really emotive language, it all helps) and it just reminds me of someone..Just like that e-fit Mr Flack gave to the PJ, strange that!

Hi All, I have just tried to search online about Oakley International who the McCanns claim are private investigators working for them. The article in the Daily Mail has been removed and they are clearly concerned making a statement on their webpage. As we know this one man band is run by Mr Halligen and he does NOT actually profess to be a private investigator. He resigned the directorship of his other company Red Defence International following a meeting with the Directors of the Find Maddie Fund, how odd is that! I think the only thing that is international about Mr "Halligen" is his involvement with worldwide fraud!

I have also noted the controversy in relation to Madeleine's character. Gerry says she was an extroverted child. But this is a child, who, as the article below confirms was dumped at every given opportunity in the creche along with her siblings, not something the rest of the TAPAS group did. The McCanns were not with the rest of the group for a meal on that fateful night either. So why would Gerry describe Madeleine as extroverted when the nursery staff say she was the complete opposite - the shyest child in the group. I am sure psychologists would provide us with the answer but again, it demonstrates what a liar he is. Nursery nurses are trained professionals in assessing children and clearly would not describe a so called extroverted child as "shy". I believe she was a neglected and unwanted child and even the twins were not treated much better, but the major difference is they are still alive, sadly still with Kate and Gerry McCann also.

Justice for Maddie x

MADELEINE FILES: Madeleine spent most days in Kids Club
CHILD CARERS working at the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz noticed that the McCann children spent the maximum time available in the care of the resort’s kids club according to police files released to the media surrounding the case. The usual routine of Gerry and Kate McCann was to put the children in the nursery facility at about 9am and then pick them up between midday and 12.30pm to give the children lunch before bringing the children back at 3pm and returning at the end of the day between 5pm and 5.30pm.Other children in the tapas nine party would not spend as much time away from their parents. The other parents in the group, the files reveal, would normally leave their children with the baby sitting service only in the morning sessions. The police files also gives details about Madeleine’s personality as described by her father, Gerry and those that spent time with Madeleine while they were on holiday in the Algarve.Madeleine was described by Gerry as being an extrovert, very active and having happy relationships with other children. She would never go with a stranger and he states clearly that she was not taking any medication. In a statement made by one of the nannies working at the Ocean Club, Madeleine was described as being a calm, beautiful and happy child. However, she was portrayed as being more shy than the other children at the kids club.Meanwhile, reports in the British media have claimed that there is now less than 500,000 pounds sterling in the Find Madeleine fund. The private investigation agency Oakley International has reportedly cost the fund half a million pounds sterling, despite not yielding any concrete results. This had led to Brian Kennedy, the British double glazing tycoon who has donated large sums of money to the Find Madeleine campaign, voicing his dissatisfaction in the investigators.A statement was issued on behalf of the McCanns on Tuesday countering the claims in the press concerning the status of the private investigators via the website http://www.findmadeleine.com/. “We appointed them (Oakley International) several months ago to investigate the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. We continue to work with them to this end. The working relationship is managed by Brian Kennedy, who also confirms the relationship with Oakley International continues to be good and that it remains entirely focused on the search for Madeleine.”

The only deleting I am aware of on 3A is of excessive quoting as the web site is rapidly getting toward its maximum capacity.

Dylan, when I went on vacation and I warned the readers/posters of my blog that it would be 'closed' while I was away, ST, Poops and their idiot cronies said that I was going behind closed doors, that I was so scared that I would disappear and that I would never come back. The only reason why I 'closed' it was because I would be away from any computer and I had had several attempts to hack into my computer. I just thought it was the safest thing to do. They really don't like the truth.

"Children with no manners who are running around, screaming, shouting, crying..."

Blame the parents. This kind of behaviour is mostly a manifestation of inadequate supervision and a lack of parenting skills at home.

If the child has a genuine psych problem, blame the parents again. Any parent with an ounce of respect and manners would not deliberately inflict this kind of discomfort on strangers in an intimate environment.

In either case, don't blame the kids, for goodness sake!!

docmac said...

Having said that, I don't see much of that kind of behaviour and I'm sure it has been exaggerated by someone who is not all that fond of kids (anymore).

Of course we go to family friendly places and there is some boisterousness, especially when there is a jumping castle, or a trampoline, or a climbing apparatus (or an unfortunate frog or bug :-) to explore. But that's what being a kid is all about, isn't it? Interacting with peers and establishing one's identity, exploration, acquiring new skills and friends, having fun and, wow, some excitement. Preferably in the close proximity of responsible and loving parents who have instilled clear boundaries which their kids learn have learned not to cross. Most of the time :-)))

Ooh, some would be such fun at a kid's birthday party wouldn't they ;-) Bet they just send a card.

dylan said...

"Ooh, some would be such fun at a kid's birthday party wouldn't they ;-) Bet they just send a card."

No, I don't even think they'd go that far. It'd be a case of "There you go son, here's a 5 pence piece,Happy Birthday, now run along and find your birthday friends and see who can make it the flattest on the railway tracks" ;-)

Eddie does not lie.

But humans lie .It is your interpretation of the dogs that is the lie . It seems the spanish police who searched for Maddie don't believe there is proof she is dead . Are they part of the conspiracy ?

You have stated that ther was no cadaver in the boot of the car , only towels that had been in contact with a cadaver .Therefore you accept that the dog's reaction to the car does not prove that a cadaver was ever in the car . Therefore the dog's reaction in the appt does not prove a cadaver was ever in the appt .

But Amarel claims the dog's reaction proves Maddie died in the appt . He's wrong , as you would have to agree .

Notdoc , would you have the guts to debate , one to one with me in real time? Perhaps on this blog , or one of your choice . You hide behind the fact that you can post without being challenged . Let's see if you can answer my questions . I am confident I can answer yours ."

30 September 2008 07:03

Eddie did not go into the car. For reasons made clear my Mr Grime. No, I'm not going to have a live debate with you. There are two reasons for this.

1. You rely on very old forensic textbooks and believe nothing that has emerged since they were written.
2. I am in possession of an e-mail that proves you wrong :-)))))

PS, how did you know it was towels?

Has Mark given you that e-mail address yet?

We knew we had to avoid railways lines as we were aware that certain rails were electrified.

docmac said...

Hi ICTOAN

No

And I misspent most of my primary school years in a town/small city in the Northern Cape in SA. It was then the main passenger railway junction between CT and JHB. Steam only then and we only had about 5 trains a day passing by. We'd go down and lay the coins before school and come back after to see who had 'won'.

Got this on my blog today. I usually don't post those posts (that's is clearly not the purpose of my blog), but I opened an exception today, for obvious reasons:
------------------------------------------------------------

claudia, I posted these two on ST for Rosie and ST to comment. ST didn't publish them so I hope you don't mind if I do it here just so people know how these hypocrites react when confronted with difficult questions.

"They are a load of illiterate trash. I just looked in on the chatbox...and I could not believe what I read. That clairesy spent 5 minutes talking to herself like this " yer...ok hun". No wonder none of us bother much with it anymore. I don't even post on the forum at the moment. I am no snob...but these people really are the pits".) ST about posters from Rosie's forum.

It may surprise some to discover that not all pros are allowed to post on Supertroll's. Some pros who have shown that they do not agree with certain aspects of this site, or indeed certain people who do not agree with Rosiepops simply have their posts rejected - I might add that I am not one of them, but received an e-mail from one poster who had her post rejected today.
The post which appears to have been rejected today dealt with the fact that anon posts, where the anon is a pro - attacking those who do not agree with her - seem to be perfectly acceptable. Tinkerbell43 and Mum21 told an anti anon that they did not have the guts to put a name to their post, yet the two who said the same to a pro anon are no longer able to post on Supertroll's. Why is this? Is it because Supertroll knows who this pro anon is?

-------------------------------------------------------------

My reply:

Anon, this is not exactly the type of blog to do that. But I understand it may be frustrating not being able to show them for what they are. It doesn't surprise me that ST didn't publish them. Bunch of cowards and hypocrites. I've also been receiving comments and e-mails of the same kind. People who are opening their eyes... You can contact me on my blog e-mail if you wish so.

As you should know, the police is forced to investigate any complaints they receive, no matter what they think happened to Madeleine and no matter how stupid the 'sightings' are (and this last one was really, really stupid. More than usual, I mean). Which is more than what her parents do, by the way. I haven't seen them going to Majorca to look for their daughter. Or to Belgium. Or to Malta. Or to... And they believe she is alive. They do, right? Well, maybe they don't and that's why they stay put.

Aurelio Guerreiro, the owner of a bar at the marina in Vilamoura, was close to being involved. His testimony to Sol confuses the McCanns’ time version. Sometime between 0.30 and 1 a.m., Aurelio got a phonecall from an old customer: Pat Perkins, the human resources director from a public English organism. She calls him, upset: “She told me the daughter of british friends of her, who were vacationing close to Lagos, had disappeared over 3 hours ago, that they were completely alone and that nobody was helping them to search for her”.

Kate McCann had just informed her parents of the tragedy. Pat, who lives in Liverpool, confirms: “I was at Kate’s parents’ house at that moment. But I have nothing further to add”.

Guerreiro tells what he did after Pat called him: “I understood she wanted me to go meet them, but I was an hour away from their location, and I could not close the bar, I decided to call the police”. After PJ in Portimao confirmed to him they already knew about the case, Aurelio phoned Kate, at the number that Pat had given him: “An English man picked up. He thanked me, and contrary to what I expected, he didn’t ask me for anything".

Minutes after this phonecall, Gerry asks for the priest from the Luz parish to be called for him – but the Ocean Club staff members refused, given the time it was. At four in the morning, Jane was asking a member of GNR: “Have you cut off all the roads already?”. Minutes later, Gerry, given the fact that the priest didn’t appear, asked another element of GNR to show him the way to the church.

This is interesting. So,they had friends in Vilamoura!

About 15 years ago I was waiting in a holding area to catch a cross Channel ferry.

A car drew up along side towing a trailer. On it was one of the vintage Morgan 3 wheelers with all the brass fittings.

A crowd soon gathered and I think all were a little sorry to have to return to their cars to drive on to the ferry.

One heart breaking experience in my Firefighting career was to attend a car fire (a 3 wheel Morgan)which had a broken fuel line which resulted in the car being totally burned out by the time we arrived.

docmac said...

I shall have to look up that Morgan 3 wheeler, ICTOAN. Brass fittings, sounds fantastic.

Sorry, Mum. Once I got past 'refering' and 'McCann's' in your first seven words I couldn't go much further really. Perhaps you are a great poet. Perhaps Rosie is an accomplished and much loved editor of some local church magazine. Perhaps Alroy has had her work published. How would I know for sure.

The multiple-dot puctuation system really gets to me though.

I do not state fiction as fact... FACT. Believe it...or not.

You asked for an answer. There it is.

Leics Police still have their major incident room up and running...

Unknown said...

Hiya ICTOAN

I do not know about a major incident room still up and running but one thing I am sure about, given the investigation by the Portuguese Police clearly implicates Kate and Gerry McCann and comes to the conclusion there simply was no abduction, they are not going to have stopped investigating this matter. The barrister for the Chief Constable of Leics Police told Mrs Justice Hogg so and that is why she modified her order to say that no authorities in the UK had to release any information to Kate and Gerry McCann other than the 81 pieces of information originally supplied by their solicitors, which are clearly meaningless as they relate to false sightings of Madeleine!

Just a little reminder about the one man band incorporated funnily enough in 2007 to manufacture search equipment. This is at the forefront of the McCanns search for Madeleine according to the McScams webpage. If it was not such a serious subject it would almost be laughable. I just cannot imagine how they have the gall! This is the bigshot with American force and knowhow, er apparently. The thing is PC Grime together with Eddie and Keela is actually being headhunted by the FBI!

Revisiting the “Maddie case”

Was it the Portuguese and English governments that decided to sabotage the investigation and to get the parents “off the hook”?

by Domingos Amaral*

Now that the Maddie case has been archived by the Public Ministry due to a lack of evidence; now that the process has been opened for public consultation; and now that the PJ inspector who coordinated the investigation, Gonçalo Amaral, has already published a book about the issue, it has become possible to list my conclusions about the case. Here they are:

1 – Contrary to what was suggested by the British press, which presented him as a negligent policeman who spent his life in long lunches, washed down with plenty of wine, and with little investigative capacity, the impression that I got from Gonçalo Amaral, both from the tv interviews and from reading the book, is that he coordinated a competent investigation, that followed the rules, that was neither biased nor tendentious, and that he did everything to crack the case.

2 – All the evidence that was collected by the PJ pointed, right from the first days onward, to the little girl’s death inside the apartment and the subsequent concealment of the cadaver, probably by her parents.

3 – The indicia that was collected, both from witnesses, and later from the DNA tests, pointed into that same direction.

4 – The behaviour of the little girl’s parents’ friends is very strange. There are contradictory depositions that seem to have been “built” to lead the PJ into the direction of the abduction theory. On the other hand, the fact that all of the friends abandoned Portugal in a hurry is extremely disturbing.

5 – The manner in which the little girl’s parents behave, speaking to Sky News on the same day and transforming the case into a media event, obviously forcing the abduction theory, is extremely surprising. It does not seem normal to me that a father and a mother, when confronted with the disappearance of a daughter, establish as their first and only priority to transform the case into a worldwide media event.

6 – Since the first hour, the English press accepted the abduction theory, which was communicated to them by the parents, without judgment. Like a brainless flock, they fell on Praia da Luz exercising enormous pressure on the PJ, suggesting that Portugal is a third world country, and complicating the investigation. We remember that it was an English journalist that “invented” the suspicions about Robert Murat, thus forcing the PJ to investigate him and to waste time with a situation that was lateral, but which suited the parents’ purpose.

7 – The fact that the little girl’s father is a personal friend to Prime Minister Gordon Brown led to the English government making available to the parents, media specialists who built and forced the abduction theory. It was a highly professional operation that used sophisticated marketing techniques, in the press and on the internet, with meetings with international personalities, which culminated with the visit to the Pope in the Vatican.

8 – This remarkable public campaign was accompanied by a political pressure behind the scenes, with the English government exerting pressure on the Portuguese government, in the direction of the abduction theory.

9 – For many months, it was evident that the PJ had lost the public opinion battle and that it was not prepared to handle a media and political pressure of such proportion. In terms of public communication, the case was very badly managed by the PJ and by the Public Ministry.

10 – Despite these tremendous political and media pressures, the investigation proceeded on the terrain and was approaching important conclusions, which clearly pointed to the parents’ guilt, at least of the crime of cadaver concealment.

All of these conclusions lead me to formulate two questions: Why were the directory of the PJ and the Public Ministry incapable of having the courage to accuse the parents, like the investigation suggested? Was it the Portuguese and the English governments that decided to sabotage the investigation and to let the parents “off the hook”?

Some day the truth will emerge, but for me, and even without bulletproof evidence, a case like this should never have been archived and those parents should be tried in court.

Alipio Ribeiro is Back!!

Nomination: New Functions in the Public Ministry

Former Director of the Judiciary Police was nominated Public Ministry Inspector

The former national director of the Judiciary Police (PJ) was nominated inspector of the Public Ministry (MP) by the Superior Council. There for, and in the scope of his new functions, the magistrate, who has abandoned the position in May, almost an year before the term of office ended, is now going to inspect the criminal police forces.

The decision was taken in 17 of September and made public last week in Diário da República. According to the regulation of the MP inspections, “it belongs to the inspection of the Public Ministry to proceed to inspections, inquiries and diligences, as well as initiate disciplinary processes to the services and magistrates of the Public Ministry and to the organizations of the criminal police.”

When, in February, Alípio Ribeiro admitted that there was "haste" in constituting as arguidos the parents of Madeleine McCann for the disappearance of their daughter, back in May 2007, in Praia da Luz, an adverse feeling grew amidst the PJ. Due to the mediatic exposure of the case, the statements of the, at the time, top head of the PJ, officer responsible for the investigation at the time, were not welcomed.

And when, in 5th of May, in an interview given to the Diário Económico, he defended the concentration of all the police forces under one ministry rule, the Associação Sindical dos Funcionários de Investigação Criminal (ASFIC) [the Criminal Investigation Officers' Union] demanded his resignation. Two days later Alípio Ribeiro requested his resignation as National director of the PJ, accepted by the Justice Minister [Alberto Costa], alleging he was tired of the media exposure of his Job.

As regards his email , I bet he was pretty angry that clawdia told us all it came from her.

Nope :-)) It was the original source that excited me.

Remember that the CPS thought they had DNA evidence that placed Sean Houey at the scene of the Omagh bombing . They didn't , their expert was wrong . It is only when forensic evidence is presented in court that it's providence can be validated . Your email is not proof .

The judge that rejected the LCN DNA evidence was wrong. You know this because you also know that the use of such evidence has been revalidated. Sean HOEY was lucky. So far.

By the way , what happened to the tapas one who returned to Portugal to give evidence agaainst the McCanns? Another figment of your imagination .

Well yes of course, Mr Halligen, Di, it is not beyond my imagination to think that this is Gerry's bright light at the end of the tunnel, you know when they were being investigated. Once they get into the daylight it is all books (murder specials), chats with Oprah and one million a go and film deals, mega dosh. Did someone go and spoil it all for him? Hiya DOC e Claudia

Why do you think Gerry was making so much of Madeleine being an extroverted child, when according to the nursery nurses (who should know!) she was the shyest child in the group?

I think it was Di suggested he may have just mixed up her being hyperactive for extroverted but surely a doctor would know the difference. In any case, IMO many parents like to apply this label to their children when the reality is they just do not handle them well or even feed them properly!

I think it was a big mistake for Kate to do that early interview I think with Womans Own telling us what a nuisance Maddie was but then saying due to this she had such a close bond with her. About as bizarre as Kate's claim that Maddie said, Mommy I have had the best day ever. It may salve her conscience but it surely does not convince anyone that she is in fact innocent of causing Maddie any harm, on the contrary, it says to me, she feels very guilty and needs to think up some salves for her own conscience.

Legal question for viv ....

Would the cadaver dog evidence be accepted in a uk court as evidence of Maddie's death ?

30 September 2008 19:38

Firstly Mark, with respect I think that is a badly phrased question. All relevant evidence is admissible in a criminal trial in England and Wales, subject to the Judge's discretion either at common law (Sang) or under ss 76 and 78 of PACE to exclude it. Evidence can only be adduced by the prosecution if it tends to go towards proving the offence(s)charged on the indictment. If the McCanns were to be charged with offences such as murder, manslaughter, perverting the course of justice, disposal of the body etc. there would be a vast amount of evidence led in the prosecution's bid to prove the offences charged beyond reasonable doubt. The evidence of both dogs and the forensic tests would be relevant and admissible evidence but there would have to be far more than that. It would not be the prosecution's task to merely prove that Madeleine died in the apartment, they would have to establish far more than that, which is why the McCanns have not, as yet, been charged with any offences. As I have pointed out before, when they are charged the prosecution will have to bring the whole case against them, charges cannot be laid on a piecemeal basis, this would breach their human rights.

I do not suppose you understand much of what I have said but I have tried to keep it as simple as possible for you.

Viv x

Unknown said...

Hiya Doc,

Well of course we are not doing anything wrong at all by stating that in our opinion the views of both Portuguese and British Police officers that the McCanns are responsible for the death of Madeleine and disposal of her body are correct. Contrary to what some very uneducated folk like ST seem to believe, we cannot be forced to accept the rubbish that spouts from the mouths of Kate and Gerry McCann, or their ex paid lacky either!

We support truth and justice for all little children including Madeleine and there is certainly no law against that!
