VIOLATED SECRECY OF JUSTICE -PUBLISHING COURT JUDGMENT

What the Judge did not want us to know about just yet, exactly who was he calling and texting with from 27 April onwards and specifically 14 texts on 2 May and 4 more on 4 May from a mystery texter. Gerry does not want to tell anyone either!

Hi all, In UK when court judgments of an appeal court are made it is standard practice to publish at least the useful ones for the purposes of case law or that may set a precedent on the internet, these can be obtain on Bailii. Here, in similar fashion, the Prosecutor in Portugal appealed against the decision of Judge Frias the instructional judge to the Supreme Court of Evora and, as a matter of routine, that judgment got published. Just like in UK a panel decides which cases should be published and somehow they decided this one should be! We have all seen it, but now it has been withdrawn as it discloses that Kate and Gerry are being investigated for kidnapping, murder, concealment of corpse and abandonment which violated the secrecy of justice. It ias also disclosed they were specifically looking at calls made and received by GM (Gerry McCann. Publication of facts and details identifying those under investigation rather than mere points of law in cases still in secrecy of justice should not happen. Apparently on the judgment database a link was made to other cases where approval for such interception had been given so we can see why this particular case could have been seen to be raising an interesting legal decision to say the least! Apparently although this has not impeded the investigation in any way the judge took exception to its publication because now we can see exactly who is being investigated and for what. Well really, aside from the additon of kidnapping and the term " murder" it was not much we did not already know. But to me I am afraid it has raised the possibility in my mind that in fact Robert Murat may be involved. I have previously sought to argue that maybe he was kept an arguido purely to keep him quiet but I really do wonder about that, as I said in a previous thread there obviously are links between him, OB and Gerry and Gerry was clearly upset when asked "do you know Robert Murat". I do think this case is worse than many people thought and the judge regrets we found that out, but we did! It is clear they are investigating the possibility of murder by wanting to know details of call/texts Gerry received particularly on 2 May the day before it happened and also including right from the start of his holiday on 27 April, which it will come as no surprise to hear, Gerry has refused to voluntarily hand over. It is right to point out that at the investigation stage, where parents are suspected of killing their child they will be investigated for murder, the police would be failing in their duties if they just ignored possible evidence of intent or planning etc, this certainly does not mean to say the prosecutor will actually take a decision to charge them with that. He may take the view that manslaugther is a better charge. On that we will have to wait and see, but it certainly looks very grim to me, as I have previously reported. Often a charge of murder will be made, but then a plea accepted to a lesser offence or indeed the court could find them guilty of a lesser offence such as manslaughter.

My wife and I discussed Murat last night because things around him have gone very quiet.

On the DX forum we all had a tremendous sympathy for him but most openly said something along the lines of 'there is something about him though...' Thus he was suspected because of his 'look' or whatever. There seemed something not quite 100 per cent, a small knagging doubt perhaps.

It would be very very sad to think this whole saga was meticulously planned. Just thinking this way chills me even more than I am already. However, sadly it is something I can believe. It is an unfortunate part of life, although thankfully rare.

The way Gerry refused to answer that question about whether he knew Murat is telling. Why not say something like 'I spoke to him once about the weather in a passing conversation etc etc' Instead he shut down with a few pathetic words and left.

We know the apartment is owned by a McCann and thus it is perfectly reasonable to think they had visited this place before. Or those close to them had. Murat's family had been there sometime.

Hiya BT

I have always had tremendous sympathy for Murat because, on the face of it, he is being set up by people. Most notably Jane Tanner apparently changing her story to say bundleman was walking in the direction of his house. On top of this we have to note the police subjected him to the most extensive grillings, on one occasion for 17 hours, have ripped his home and garden apart and subjected all of his property to the most minute forensic examination, all, it would seem, drawing a blank. That surely has to be right because in January they returned all of that detained property which clearly led to the assumption they were no longer interested in him. But still, he is maintained as an arguido. This could be me not understanding Portuguese law, it may well be right to say that having been made an arguido, then he has to remain one until the end of the process.

The sympathy was also engendered in me and I know many others, such as yourself, because there were the most scurrilous and simply terrible things being said about him by the likes of Rosie and Christo with not a shred of evidence to back up their claims he is a disgusting paedophile etc.

What is very clear now and has been for a long time, is the McCanns are involved in the disappearance of their daughter. To my mind the only way Murat can also be involved is certainly not as a principal offender in abducting Madeleine but in aiding and abetting Kate and Gerry in some way. This has to remain a possibility but I can put it no higher than that in my own mind, it is just that, like you, I cannot wholeheartedly discount it either. I do recall a report where Murat was insistent on hiring a vehicle just a few days after Madeleine went missing. Given he already had two, if that is right, it clearly is grounds for serious concern. There also seems to be delay in his libel proceedings, we have heard no more, and, as we know, being able to say someone has libelled you under civil law, certainly does not mean that you are not guilty of a criminal offence, it is just that the maker of the statement in the press cannot fully back up the statements that have been made, hence, technicaly libel, but of course, as in Archer's case, if it subsequently turns out the Daily Express were not libelling Kate and Gerry, and I do not believe they were other than in trivial ways (e.g. wife swapping) there will have to come a judgment day about them extracting half a million off the Daily Express under false pretences. Not that I have any sympathy with the Daily Express, the way they handled things, including the forum and allowing racism and bullying was disgraceful. They have sent us all begging letters to go back, I just wrote and reminded them they banned me, twice!

BT,

good morning!
There is also sth that I have been thinking of recently. Now that was reported in the press that the Paynes have helped the police I remember reading about Mr Payne and Murat's physical similarities. This is all so confusing and strange.. could the PJ have used this argument too to press the Paynes?

Atardi, Viv, Doc,

I was referring to Jesus' words written by St. John, the last apostle relating about Jesus when still alive.
St. John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free"

Do you remember "The truth about the Lie" ? Does it ring any bells?

6th October 2007

KATE McCann fled Portugal after police tried to throw her in jail for abandoning Maddeleine, it was revealed last night.
Axed Chief Insp Goncalo Amaral ordered prosecutors to throw the book at the GP when she refused to answer questions about forensic evidence the police had found.

After naming her an official suspect, the detective grew frustrated Kate chose to remain silent.

So he demanded prosecutor Jose Menezes charge her with “exposition and abandonment’’.

But the law chief, sensing that could trigger a diplomatic row with Britain, let Kate go free on conditional bail.

Hours later Kate and husband Gerry quit their Portuguese villa, flew back to Britain and hired lawyers expert at fighting extradition.

According to an aide of Portugal’s national police director, the rift was the real reason Amaral was sacked from the case.

Portuguese papers say police are now focusing on hunting for Madeleine’s body and building a case against her parents.

Last night a family source said the McCanns were “extremely upset’’ the search for Maddie had been cut.

Hiya Marga

I am here early in the morning sometimes!

I recall it was Fiona Payne, Rachel Oldfield and Russell O'Brien who got called back by the PJ in July because they were seeking to insist Murat was hanging around that night. Clearly as you suggest, they could have been using his likeness to Payne to try to suggest to people it was he Murat, that was hanging around that night rather than Payne. That is very likely the truth of the matter.

Doc already told me I am a heathen for failing to spot your religious quote, I agreed:-))))))

I have always noticed with 24 Horas articles that they are a mixture of the story from both sides of the fence, in a way that is good, but sometimes they are more one side than the other. As with any press report you have to read between the lines and use your common sense, intelligence, if you have any (waves to the Pink Trolls) It is also true to say the paper has a lot of American influence and they have certainly at an earlier stage been blatantly pro-McCann. I think 24 HOras were too, but have moved a long way from that position now, because they know full well what is coming and dont want to look silly!

Unknown said...

You know Marga, in a way they should show some liking for Goncalo Amaral because he only wanted them charged with exposition and abandonment. Now in the fullness of time they are looking at far worse than that, so if he had had his way, they could have been starting a lessened sentence by now and putting it behind them. I think they will live to seriously regret the attacks they orchestrated against this man.

It is my CRYSTAL CLEAR opinion, that the way Gerry refused to answer the question "about knowing Murat" simply was an attempt to implicate Murat to the case.I must say: Gerry did succed!

Another thing: At the bus to the airport!

My question is: Did Gerry have another agenda, but holyday, already at this stage? (12 textmessages to whom? And what is Gerry saying in the video?

QUOTE: And yes the Portuguese people are, in general, lovely and intelligent. I just wonder what they, in general, think of the 'Amaral' investigation?
________________
>>> I've been posting many things about Amaral. I'm not going to repeat it...
Amaral was doing is job and had the courage to stand for the truth, even knowing that would cause an avalanche on his way. Yes, he did a mistake for talking about the investigation, which is not tolerated by the PJ, but i as many portuguese can understand the circumstances and pressure he was receiving when trying to do his jog. You should thank him for so many narcotrafic networks that he dismantled, bringing huge quantities of drugs from Africa to Europe. He was not demoted, and he’s back to his normal duties that are the narcotraffic investigation. Nobody should be judged by his heating/drinking habits like he was, and just because you Brits don’t have the “eat well at lunch time and drink some wine” habit, doesn’t mean the Portuguese people after lunch are falling drunk. AND you should thank him for standing for the truth not taking the investigation as the McCanns wanted, looking for justice for Madeleine.
How many times would I have to post again and again some of the above facts? There’s people so blind on their ideas that they don’t accept the truth…
Mr Gonçalo Amaral is a brilliant PJ detective. He was sent to his older post because he dared state what everyone knew – the press and Leicester police were just playing along with the McCann (I don’t know his name , but short after this incident there was in the news a notice about a Leicester policeman was being dismissed from the case) – but wouldn’t say.
I am very sorry that the newspapers that are selling the garbage about the false witnesses, that obviously are less worried about the fate of little Madeleine than about their sales, don’t do a serious journalist work.
Mr. Amaral was and is one of the best PJ on the Drug squad, but he also is a very intelligent person and quite capable of leading an investigation on a missing child.
He was sent back to his former division only to serve UK’s cry outs, but I would have him leading the investigation if we wanted to know the truth about this case.
Unfortunately he will probably abandon his job, as so many others have done – the passion (because it is a passion, these people are too qualified academically for the pay they get) wears out with time and undeserved criticism.
I bet the McCann lot don't like it. Amaral doesn't pussyfoot around does he, bring it on Amaral.

Good morning to everyone.

New Madeleine suspect seen in stairwell
Brit tourist spotted
By Lucy Turner
29/09/2007

A british tourist seen "hiding" in a stairwell outside Madeleine McCann's apartment on the night she disappeared was being investigated last night.
The new suspect, stocky and wearing two-tone glasses, was spotted by an Ocean Club worker just 12 metres from the flat. The employee, who did not want to be named, exclusively told the Mirror: "I'll never forget him.
"It was around 6pm on the day the little girl went missing. I saw this Englishman standing under the stairwell.
"He was round-faced and stocky, wearing light clothes and positioned so that he was monitoring the car park area, stairs and elevator. He was hiding and watching what was going on. I didn't see him at first. I was collecting some linen, bent down to pick it up and nearly bumped into him.

"We gave each other a big fright and both jumped back. We moved aside for each other. But he didn't move away."

After Madeleine vanished from the Ocean Club later on May 3 the witness was interviewed routinely by police.

But he said a young officer seemed uninterested in what he had to say. Later, detectives arrived at his home and insisted he be re-interviewed.

He was taken to the police HQ in Portimao and asked to go through photographs. It is believed he managed to identify the suspect.

Speaking to the Mirror before his interview, he said: "They showed me lots of pictures and I pointed out the person I thought it was. I've been told not to say any more about it." Asked by the Mirror why he had not pressured police to take notice of his statement from the start, he said: "I was too scared."

The worker said he discovered the suspect was British when he spotted him a few days later.

Yesterday he refused to speak any further, stressing he had been warned not to talk about the investigation.

It´s like being to Santiago de Compostela, Rome or Lourdes, in France.'

I am not a practising Catholic anymore and I understand what you mean regarding Fatima. We have visited The Virgin Mary House near Esphesus in Turkey, that is a truly beautiful peaceful place. We hope to visit Santiago de Compostela next year. We are visiting Rome next year, our first time and we are looking forward to it. Perhaps we will visit Lourdes someday.
Marga we travelled from Lisbon to Fatima, a lovely journey by luxury coach. It would be amazing to see the Pilgrims as they make their way to Fatima on foot every May. The statue of the Pilgrims is
awe-inspiring and will remain in my memory and my heart forever.

Dolores hi..

Very interesting piece. The question is. Was the lurking man Murat or Payne?
"he was monitoring the car park area, stairs and elevator. He was hiding and watching what was going on."

Remember David Payne commenting on the fact that the McCanns had been made offical suspects said: "We know they didn't do it. One of our party saw Madeleine being abducted. We were waiting for something to happen but didn't in our worst nightmare think it would be this."

Maybee it WAS David Payne lurking! They were up to something!

Morning all,

Two post from Ironside on 3 A's this morning. I am sure Docmac will not mind me posting these (tee hee).

BREAKING NEWS In Spain McCann case?
Spanish tv has just emitted on the Ana Rosa program tele 5 that police now know that 7 CHILDREN were sleeping in the McCann apartment on the night of Madeleine's disappearance. This makes perfect sense as to why the rest of the tapas group lied about the arrangements for checking the children. If they had sedated all the children, the rest of the group would be guilty as well. Apart from the Paynes and their mother Dianne Webster, who used the babysitting service. Dianne Webster is the lady who told police that each couple was responsible for checking their own children. It makes absolute sense that the children would be together as it would have made checking them so much easier. What do you all think?

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have no idea when this was as it does not give a date

Judiciaria is certain that Maddie was not only with her siblings

There were seven children in the McCanns' house

A new twist in the media-exposed case into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. It turns out that there were not only three, but seven children in the apartment where the girl vanished from, on May 3, as 24Horas could find out with police sources connected to the investigation.

The authorities have discovered new evidence that in the house that was rented by the McCanns there were residues that were later confirmed as belonging to the children of the couple's friends that gathered at the Tapas restaurant for dinner.

This new version demolishes the theory that is defended by that group of friends as to what happened on the fateful day and weakens the possibility that one stands before a kidnapping.

As a member of PJ told 24Horas, "unless we're dealing with a sexual predator who followed the girl for a long time, which is not likely, as they had been in the Algarve for six days only, it would not be very likely for her to be selected, even because in terms of crimes of this nature, the criminals look for younger children, which are easier to sell for adoption".

Another source with the investigation was laconic: "It's not only the collected evidence that points to the fact that there were more children inside that apartment. There is also evidence, which is duly fundamented after the interrogations to the other persons that were at the Ocean Club, that only the McCanns' apartment was visited by the people who attended the dinner."

The contradictions that were detected include the version that was offered by Russel O'Brien, one of the McCann couple's friends, who left the restaurant for 25 minutes (between 9.35 and 10 p.m.). The British man guaranteed he took that long because he visited his sick daughter, and she vomited. He says he asked for the sheets to be changed, but the staff at the Ocean Club assured the investigators that nobody asked for any bedsheets to be changed that evening. Another issue that is not straightforward is connected to Jane Tanner, who guaranteed she checked on her daughter around 9.15. But Jeremy Wilkins, a friend of Gerry McCann, revealed that at that time he was chatting with him close to the apartment where Maddie disappeared from and that it would be impossible for Jane not to meet them.

The PJ investigators even considered the possibility that Maddie may have left the apartment looking for her parents, and fell into an open sewer ditch. But the searches at the location, and the questioning from the workers that were doing the job dismissed that possibility.

"In face of so many contradictions and in face of the forensics results that we already hold, we have very few doubts that the girl died inside that apartment, and we only have doubts about who concealed the corpse", a source with the PJ concluded.

Viv, you said:

I'm glad Doc has almost identified it. But you know religion is not always synonym of of good behaviour. Don't forget many crimes were also committed in name of it. And others use it to try to save their skin. What really matters is what you do on a daily basis in your life with and toward the ones that cross your way. There are many heathens that are wonderful human beings. However, I believe sooner or later they come across with sth in their lives that wakes up in them a feeling of need to know more about what we are doing in this world, why we came here for, what's the meaning of life, etc.
My favourite writer is Hermann Hesse. He wrote two books that I continue to read whenever I need a break from this hectic fake world.
Sidharta and Damian are two books worth reading.

Hi Viv

It is very useful that you have brought up Robert Murat.
I have wondered about Murat's friend Tuck Price. He is the "mystery" man at the playground. In the eraly days TP was acting as the Murat spokesman. I have posted a video about Tuck Price.
The fact is that we don't know if GM and RM knew each other, before Madeleine's disappearance.

Kate & Gerry McCann - 3 children
Matthew & Rachel Oldfield - 1 child
Tanner & O`Brian - 2 children
Fiona & David Paine - 2 children

ALL TOGETHER it gives 8 children - BUT rumor says 7 children were sleeping in the appartment! Was the missing child sleeping in the Master Bed?

Good afternoon one and all -

Hi Viv -

A very interesting post today (thanks for that; those wonderful cadaver dogs - the Portugese must have been very impressed with them that's for sure! I hope their evidence will be brought into play in any Court case because their sterling work should be applauded.

Regarding RM, I must admit that I sincerely hope he is not involved in any of this, but I have thought from the very beginning that he could be. I used to say this on the DX and Alsabella's blog, but most people rejected it on the basis that if that was so, why were the tapas 9 so against him and that I can understand.

Gerry McCann was obviously very ill at ease when he said, after a long pause, that he wasn't prepared to comment on that question. There is the possibility of course, as someone else said, that he said that to try and implicate Murat in some way.

Why though would the PJ's have made Robert an arguido and still keep him under that status all this time after Madeleine disappeared if they had nothing on him at all? It really doesn't make sense.

Robert Murat, it was reported, attended the same Labour Conference in Exeter that Gerry McCann attended, I believe in 2006 or early 2007. A coincidence, or not, that he lives not far from the MW complex?

As I say, I hope it turns out that he is completely innocent in all of this.

There are all sorts of theories we could come up with, but we will have to wait for the whole truth to come out.

Regarding the mobile phone calls, I can't see the Portuguese Justice Minister refusing to reveal the information if it were not suspicious in some way - that wouldn't make any sense at all.

JUSTICE FOR MADELEINE!

nancy said...

Ecolab and Marianne -

I would have thought that if the children were all in one room the parents would be worried that if one woke then they all would.

Also what about the problem of their beds or cots - someone would have heard them shifting furniture around, unless they put them to sleep next to each other! And the only reason the parents wouldn't worry about them waking up is if they were all given sedatives!

It would certainly have helped with the checking though because just one adult could have looked at them all together and gone back quickly to the tapas bar!

Ecolab said...

Nancy
You might be very close to the truth!

Eight not seven sedated children in one room. Why not. A pact is made.
A lurking man outside monitoring the car park area! A free master bedroom - take your pick among the children!
A holyday to be financed - swinger rumors.
Loli pictures of Madeleine!
*they taken her*
David Paine: "We have a pact. This is our matter only. It is nobody else's business."
David Paine: "We were waiting for something to happen but didn't in our worst nightmare think it would be this."

They were all up to something very rotten - The Tapas 9/10. Ugly parentsship! I`m disgusted

As I mentioned to Sass, I think, he speaks perfect Afrikaans and all his local references and allusions are correct. I know Feedjit is often wrong and can be manipulated but it does show a poster in Parow in the W Cape where he claims to be. This doesn't mean he is a doctor or anything else. This is just for info.

He is unforgiveably rude and manipulative, but unless I missed something, I can't see he is being racist when he talks about the spelling abilities of new Zimbabwean 'farmers'. The whole world knows by now that the violent mobs taking over flourishing farms in Zim are uneducated thugs sent in with the blessing of Robert Mugabe. If being anti that is being a stinking racist then I am one too.

Please don't take this as not being on your side re the McCanns, because you well know that I am. Totally. Just don't let's over-egg the omelette -- it's big enough!!!

marga said...

Our national Tv station is saying Felipe Scolary is going to be the next Chelsea coach...

Cláudia,
have you heard that, too?

marga said...

*Scolari

(he is still Brazilian)

Doc, you're a traitor!
Why are you supporting the other two teams?
Give me valuable good reasons!!!!

marga said...

Cláudia,

can you imagine Doc and you together on the sofa supporting different teams? LOL

bath theory said...

Hi Marga
I'm off to buy some more seeds for the children's vegetable garden but my tip for Euro is Germany and after that Czech republic.

marga said...

Springboks?

Sorry, don't know who they are.:-((

All Blacks is the only team I can identify...

docmac said...

Marga

I think Holland were robbed at the world cups in '74 and '78. I've always liked the way they play football.

Spain? I'm a Liverpool fan! Go Fernando, Alvaro, Xabi and Pepe! :-))

Cláudia said...

Marga, that thing about Scolari is a rumour for quite some time. I know that Abrahmovich (I hope I got the name right but if I didn't he is rich enough to change it!) wants to win again. And I know that we will do anything to achieve that. But there is no more Mourinho! :-) Maybe in 50 years... ;-)
As for Doc, I think he is just humouring Rosiepops! lololol Well, one thing is for sure: this time we won't eliminate England on the penalty kicks! ;-) (Sorry, guys!) :-)

bath theory said...

Just before I go I must say my jealousy at the thought that it is Doc with Claudia on the sofa has reached new heights... I must unlock the mystery of the McCanns and then just then she may be vortexed towards me !!!!

docmac said...

Springboks = SA national team. World champions (current). More times than the All Blacks. And England :-) And Scotland :-(

docmac said...

Hi BT

Enjoy the gardening! Lovely.

marga said...

BT,

If Germany wins, I will be glad too. Cláudia would also have nothing against it, I guess.

But you are right.Czech republic is a special team.

I guess you're watching the first game...in about two hours.

Cláudia said...

Bath Theory, you know I understand the way you feel but doc does wonders with his mop... lololol

Cláudia said...

Marga, I was born in germany but I really don't feel a deep connection to the country. Don't get me wrong, nothing against Germany winning the Euro (well, not winning but achieving second place :-) ). If Portugal doesn't do it (and I'm not really that confident), then I support Holland. I find the people lovely.

docmac said...

Claudia

How can you discuss my mop and how I use it on the world weird web!

I've got to go for a wee bit. See you all a little later.

marga said...

Cláudia,

I didn't want to refer to England so that the Big brother won't have a reason to say we are being pedantic...

The truth is that many footballers in the Premier League do come from other countries as well as some coachs.

Sorry, Doc for my ignorance re rugby.:-((

As for Liverpool you're right to support its players in this championschip.

Cláudia said...

Doc, I want the world to know about the wonderful things you do with your op. Your mop makes this world a better place.

I Support England as long as they aren't playing against us! Moreover there are so many Portuguese players playing in English teams. I use to watch MU, Liverpool and Chelsea's games. It's a great league.

marga said...

Cláudia,

German football is excellent.

They have more fair play than many Dutch . Sorry to say this, but I know how it is re Netherlands vs Germany.

Sorry, Atardi:-(

Cláudia said...

Marga, I don't particularly like German football. Or Italian, for that matter. Great times, very successful because they manage to win, but not my type. For me football is emotion. The Dutch team played, in the past, in an incredible way. Just the kind of football I love. I was never passionate about the way Germans play football. As for the rivalry between Germany and Holland, it's a tradition. Nothing bad coming out of it. Just like Portugal and Spain. In the end, we know they're right here and we manage to get along fine.

Cláudia said...

Marga, I was fortunate to grow up around people from all nationalities. When my father worked in Germany he had Greek, Turkish, Dutch, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Italian and Scandinavian co-workers (these are the ones I remember right now). It was a huge company and in his department alone worked more than two thousand people.

docmac said...

Two thousand people Claudia? In one department? That's more people than MMJfALLtF have posts! Wow.

BBFN. Rugby almost finished. Springboks are walking it. I'm off for a long stroll.

marga said...

Cláudia,

i have watched German football for years and after the English one they are my favourite. Better than the Portuguese or the Italian.

BBFN
Read you later.

Cláudia said...

Doc, lolololol.

Marga, not my style at all.
See you later!

docmac said...

Tulip has a new post up on the pink side of town. She couldn't resist poking me in the eye - again - but to be fair her post is intelligent and well written. Fair play to her. I just can't wait to see the replies ;-) I don't think it's just my eyes I'm going to be worried about then. Especially if the violent drinker turns up. With her bomb.

Ecolab -

Something very weird here - I don't think the parents checked on those children hardly at all knowing that they were all sedated; why would they need to?

Mariana - Another thing about the RM mystery, remember Brian Kennedy especially went to see him in PdeL, supposedly to offer him a job. Now why on earth would he offer him a job if he was under suspicion by the McCanns and the rest of the tapas?

Ecolab said...

nancy

If Robert Murat is involved, I always though of him like some sort of a middleman/intermediary?

nancy said...

Just read the McCann files:

(fetch the sick bucket someone) -

Amanda Platell - the McCann sycophant - Daily Mail - 6th June.

"It's impossible to imagine the pain of Kate and Gerry McCann planning their first holiday with their 3 year old twins since Madeleine disappeared more than a year ago.

Every moment of happiness which the rest of us take for granted - holidays, birthdays, Christmas, must serve only as a painful reminder of their loss.

But I for one applaud them for trying to give Sean and Amelie as ordinary a life as possible.

The easiest thing would be to give in to sorrow, the hardest thing is to go on living for your remaining children."
-----------------------------------

Amanda Patell - you don't 'give in' to sorrow - sorrow is there already in your heart and mind when something happens to a loved one, especially your child.

What they have given in to is their selfish desire to spend the hard earned money that people have donated to the Madeleine fund. Children of the twins age couldn't give a fig whether they have a holiday or not - a day at the local seaside would be just the same to them.

And when you say 'every moment of happiness that the rest of us tke for granted'- are you including the countless other parents who are really grieving for a lost child, or is it just the privileged McCanns who come in for your ill placed sympathy?

And as far as giving the twins as normal life as possible, they took that privilege away from their twins the moment they decided to leave their children night after night while they went out enjoying themselves without them, and ever since they jumped on the media bandwagon - the twins will never ever have a normal life and that's the fault of the selfish McCanns.

They have never shown sorrow or regret and as for being the hardest thing for them to go on living for the sake of the twins, just how many times have they shipped them out to baby sitters while they tour the world on their gravy train.

So you applaud them - do you also applaud them for being selfish, uncaring parents, or are you afraid to call a spade a spade as are so many of your ilk!

I note in your article there is no mention of how sad you are for Madeleine! She has conveniently been forgotten by the likes of you and the rest of the pathetic newspapers reporting this case as one sided as they possibly can to avoid writs for libel being issued if they say something they really believe - all due to the power the McCanns seem to have for reasons yet to be revealed.

JUSTICE FOR MADELEINE!

nancy said...

Ecolab -

Yes, that's just what I think!

I think Murat was used by someone in all of this - a sort of decoy or something - I don't think he is the evil person some people have tried to paint him.

Let's hope it won't be long now before the truth comes out!

I expect the McCanns have their suitcases packed ready to fly off at the moment most convenient to them!!!

docmac said...

Well said Nancy

I would have applauded the McCanns if they had given Madeleine a life too. Even if only an ordinary one. Of course I would never have heard of them if that had been the case.

Anonymous said...

Nancy,

Well said. Thanks for posting the article.

Amanda Platell says:

'Every moment of happiness which the rest of us take for granted - holidays, birthdays, Christmas, must serve only as a painful reminder of their loss.'

It should be a painful reminder of their gross neglect. When these events take place I wonder what little M remembers and how painful it is for her if she is still alive.

What a lot of rubbish that article is.

OK I will speak up. Me. And I object to the use of the words filthy and scum, filthy scum. And lose the comma after 'site'. You should know better.

bath theory said...

I SHALL SPEAK UP

Ecolab is posing questions that need to be posed. The local borough child protection officers in their speech last autumn mentioned that 1 in 8 children are abused. They also mentioned that a local hospital Doctor had just been put in prison. They told us this because they made a point of repeating that it touches all leevels of society. As such, it is a line worth debating and one that the police will be considering.
Furthermore, the only people who would want to create a scene over questioning all possibilities and probabilities are those who seek to cover, those who put reputations before truth and those who dress up opinions as facts.

Thus Ecolab is the sort who thankfully walk on tghis earth because without the kind of human beings who question, inquire and probe we would all still be living in caves.

docmac said...

It gets better!

I would dread to think of what thoughts she may have, if a child turns up in her class with a bruise or two.
Actually, I very much doubt this sorry excuse for a person, is a woman.

That's right. Let's all ignore, bruises on kids. The world would be a much better place, if we banish any signs of possible child abuse, from our minds. I mean who has time, for that sort of rubbish?

Ecolab may, or may not, be a woman, but you are certainly, not human.

Did I put enough commas in, this post?,

docmac said...

BT

Exactly.

bath theory said...

Those who missed this yesterday I would like you to read it again, especially those from outside the normal contributors here who try to bully and threaten individuals to get their own way.

I offer these words to the parents. It is my standpoint and my assessment.

Hi Gerry & Kate

If you are reading this I would ask you, indeed urge you, to do the decent thing and admit all the wrongs of the last year or so.

I teach young children and as the year has progressed I have viewed the Reception children in my school and wondered about little Madeleine and how she would have settled into her first year at primary school.

It is clear to me that you are dressing opinions up as facts and impeding the investigation.

I am a Catholic primary schoolteacher who believes (along with the majority of my school community) that you were involved in her disappearance.

As a teacher you become embroiled in all sorts of issues around children and their parents Those of us who are parents as well as teachers understand very well how trying our children can be. But we get sickened to the core at some things we hear about especially those from what are perceived to be 'good' parents.

We also come across many parents who do awful things to their children intentionally. Not only physical abuse but the more common one that I have to try and unravel in the classroom is emotional abuse.

The bottom line is you left your children alone to enjoy a few thrills for yourselves and yet you didn't even go out to look for Madeleine that first night. You have even admitted that Madeleine raised this issue with you and let you know how bad it was.

Your own 3yr old had a better moral compass than you and yet we are led to believe you continued this exploitation and maltreatment.

If a child or more usually a child's sibling goes missing at the end of the day at school we all rush to search and cover as much ground as we can in the school as quickly as we can. We do this for as long as it takes. Somebody rings the office and the gates are covered etc etc.
So (IMO) you gave it away right at the beginning by not searching and now one year on you are still dancing around facts and letting someone speak for yourselves when you could easily take open press conferences and answer the questions aired.

The reason you try to control the media is in case you slip up. (IMO)

As a Catholic I abhor your sort who use religion for their own means and as a parent I loathe your sort who do what you did in leaving very young children alone in a room so that you can engage in satisfying your own selfish needs. And as a member of the human race I shudder that you have more than likely hidden your eldest daughter and pretended that she has been abducted.

You have smiled freely and run smoothly across beaches allowing others (not you) to keep on looking for your 'lost' child. You even registered Madeleine's eye defect as a trademark within 2 weeks of her disappearance and allowed pocket money to pay for your mortgage.

So I ask you both to seek some inner peace. Look into your souls and think of what has happened.

Do not deny but embrace the facts deep down in your inner self and then the God that you claim to believe in will hopefully show you the way to turning yourselves in. If as I believe you do not actually believe in God then I ask you to seek forgiveness from Madeleine herself who you badly let down. That does not mean talking to her alone in the middle of the night and carrying on the charade it means stepping out and telling the world what an atrocious wrong was committed that night.

The truth has a funny way of rising to the surface.

What is it with the trolls and their sparsely attended sites? I've visited a couple of times but there is so little to read about I find it a complete waste of time.

What I do know is they badly need to have their mouths washed out with carbolic! The name calling that goes on shows them all up for what they are, and not only about us on here, but about their own fair weather friends too.

I don't blame Docmac, Viv and Claudia, who seem to come in for most of their disgusting insults for retaliating at their cretinous behaviour!

It seems they only discuss one topic and that's the people on here who are trying to get justice for a little girl the world seems to have forgotten and who, if we are to believe their theory that it was a 'predator',could be suffering unknown terrors as we speak.

For every child's sake, we discuss every scenario possible that could have happened to Madeleine and if that is the only way to get to the truth then if a few people's ideals are upset by it, tough!

To all bloggers from England,

After reading Amanda Platell's article, I thought that it would be good if you all remember the names of all journalists writing "nonsense" about this case and confront them with what they wrote about Kate and Gerry, and not Madeleine when Madeleine gets Justice.

"Self-confessed pedophiles to whom I talked while researching this book - an investigative journalist's lot is not always a happy one - also spoke deprecatingly of the idea of kidnapping a three-year-old for morbid sexual practices, pointing out that such a small child would only appeal to a limited few (shades here of Dr Hort's regression theory) and would have no value in the perverted marketplace of commercial pedophilia."

Agreed. Strongly disagree with the next two sentences. Thanks for that link as I had forgotten about which 3 were involved in the confrontation with RM. Mmmm..

atardi said...

Docmac,

Koorts means "fever" in English.

As for the word "kots", you will find it in the Dutch dictionary. The verb is "kotsen". And you are right it's a rude form of "overgeven".

Je moet overgeven als je ziek bent en als je gedronken hebt dan moet je kotsen.

docmac said...

'Koors' is the Afrikaans for fever. How similar these 2 languages have remained!

I hope all children have people like BT and Atardi as Teachers yes children bruise easily (well I did) but you can tell when a child is troubled or constantly hurt and it is good to know that people out there want to protect my children and all children.

Hiya all

It is not unheard of for judges to block admission of further evidence that would make the case against someone even worse, being satisfied that justice can be served by what they already have.

Identification of risk factors for child abuse is absolutely essential in child protection work. If we did not consider why children had bruises or whether children might have been sexually abused, then how would we ever find out. Those who wish to block such enquiry inevitably earn the title of being child abusers themselves. How dare they suggest anyone on this site is a paedophile. With the assistance of those more technically able than myself, sick trolls have been removed from this site and will continue to be, they then rush back to their little pink hole.

Hi Di

Well yes of course, something extremely sinister that he is trying to hide. The thing is the police already know and have done for a year now! What the police know to aid the investigation and what can actually be allowed into a criminal trial in evidence, are sometimes two different things.

Remember in Zapato's case the American Judge made a ruling that the evidence of the cadaver dog was inadmissible, but this did not stop the police knowing what happened and it did not stop Zapato being convicted, but on a lesser charge to the offence he actually committed, murder. I think similar principles apply here.

I think they thought a couple of months and it would all be over not for one moment did they expect not to be believed and the fact that most people dont does not go down well (If my daughter was missing anyones opinion of me would not matter my daughter would mean so much more)...

Also the neglect cant be glossed over it is discusting and cant be denied and finally having to break the story about her crying a year down the line (before others did) made them look even more heartless than before...xxx

Just been on Brians Dreams and looked at a few missing peoples cases. When I came to look at Madeleines there was no access to it unless you register free. When you follow the link it is not free at all, you have to purchase something in order to receive your membership. Strange that you can view all the other cases but not the most talked about missing child in the world.

I know what I think but it won't be published if I write it.

Eco,

Have you been reading also in this langauge about Madelein's case. I know it would be better to say Kate and Gerry's case.

The language is spoken on the ABC island's and the 3S islands.

Doc,
Nani is an excellent player. I named my dog with his name after his very first game in SC Portugal.

My dog is a wonderful black caniche.

Portugal scored two super goals.
Thank you all for supporting PT!

Kind of crazy here people. :-)
Doc, thanks for the support! :p

I were not terryfied, but everything was really heavy that evening. I know I should have had him transferred right away to another location, when the police arrived for assistence.
He was transfered next day before I arrived. Two others with him. Exit.

Did it help you to talk to some proffesionel?

Hiya Atardi

I was not offered the chance to talk to a psychologist but yes I think it would have helped a lot.

Atardi, I meant that here in Portugal the people are kind of crazy at the moment (Portugal won!) :-)

Hiya Claudia

I just had a feeling your comment was something to do with football.

Well done Portugal (not that I give a toss about football:-))))))but I can see I am in the minority here about that!

I bet your dad is going crazy too xxxxxxx

Lots of commas again. Some hilarious stuff too. Isn't it weird how these people all have these chums/acquaintances/specialists with whom they discuss their problems regarding anyone who is not a McCann bumlicker? I think Bath should be proud to have stirred the pot with his post. Hello Mum (waves). Been to the dentist again lately? Hello Rosie (waves) the village idiot. Sad, really.

Rosiepops said...

Baththeory, has said all this before months ago on the DX, in fact, I think this is a rehashed udated post of his, he must think we are all as stupid as he is and probably has a whole stash of his former post which he drools over. lol

Nice to see he hasn't changed and has to keep telling everyone he is a primary school teacher. It is a wonder he didn't remind us all that he took the British Government to court while dressed in his blazer and flannels and won, although he won't say what for, (probably a parking fine or something)

He makes much of being a Catholic, yet appears completely intolerant. (Very Christian - not) Bath Theory.

The majority of your school community believe as you do? You came out with that load of old garbage on the DX too. How can you say this? Have you held some kind of sick poll? Because you would have to have done this to make such a statement, I think we can safely assume you haven't, so therefore you have deliberately lied and deceived, therefore breaking the 9th Commandment "Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness" In other words don't tell lies, which makes you a hypocrite as well as a bare faced liar!

By the way, when did you get promotion from teaching assistant to primary school teacher?

How would your school head react to the letters you write and the disgusting posts you make? I wonder how she would feel about a member of her staff blogging on a hate blog along side perverts, paedophiles and sickos?

Great reputation for a Catholic primary school.

I tell you this much, if you taught my children or grandchildren, I would start a petition up to have you removed, as I believe not are you wholly unsuitable to be a teacher of vulnerable little children, you are also a menace to them.

I have a friend who is a head teacher, I emailed her copies of some of your posts and asked her honestly what she would do with someone like you on her staff and let me tell you it wasn't favourable, set procedures have to be followed, but she would be watching you like a hawk and would perhaps recommend that you went for further training!

Perhaps you should go on retreat?

Where is the mention of Madeleine in that post? Again! Feedjit.

marga said...

Cláudia,

you're right. My dogs are a little bit confused with all the people here celebrating Portugal's goals!

Have to go now.

There is now a Rosierant in response to BT letter as well, I will not bore people with all of it, you know how she goes on, just the pertinent bit:

"How would your school head react to the letters you write and the disgusting posts you make? I wonder how she would feel about a member of her staff blogging on a hate blog along side perverts, paedophiles and sickos?"

Forgive me, but is it not the case that a school head could also be a man! I know many people think Rosiepops is in fact Philomena, this would certainly lend support to that theory!

I know what you mean.

But maybe he just did me a favor? Maybee I got a little out of practice with the real sickoes. I have to be alert, when I`m at job. Maybee I forget to tune myself in in order to give myself the highest protection!
There are some really sickoes out there and it will not help to close the eyes, and pretend they do not exist? They are still there and the socieity can`t put them all away. Even those, who are put away, someone has to attend them!

Off now

Catch you tomorrow if my doggy is any better :o(((

Just to let you know, we sleep upstairs and our dog sleeps downstairs.

We came down this morning to a very poorly dog :o(( severe reaction to a drug prescribed yesterday by our vet.

The reason why I am mentioning this story is, my daughter knows we will not sleep tonight with worry, her answer was PLEASE MUM GET A BABY MONITOR..

Do you know what! that is what I am going to do.

Well done Portugal :o)))))

Hiya Ecolab

This was at a time when my employers were discriminating against me because of disability with my ankles, failing to make reasonable adjustments for that and it was just another piece of horrific behaviour from them that had a bad effect on me. Hence I sued them and left my job and they just lost, big time!

docmac said...

Marga as long as it's not a Robbie Fowler type of sniff he'll be OK I suppose.

Di, sorry I missed the posts re your dog. I do hope he or she is well soon.

Cláudia said...

Thanks, Viv.
Doc, no problem. There's too much noise here anyway, from celebrating! :-))))

As for Rosiepoophead, if she was the primary carer of her grandchildren, judging by the way she defends child neglecters and convicted child killers, there would be no grandchildren left. As she once used a photo of her and her grandchildren (if she wasn't lying again)as an avatar, I assume she is not their primary carer.

Viv, I'll be a little quiet for the next few minutes. I've been watching a movie and it's getting exciting now. You know, the one with a, b, c, d and e in the leading roles. I can't say any more than that, as I'm not 100% sure if their names have been in the press yet.

Cláudia said...

Doc, no, not as many! :-)

docmac said...

Marga I think you're forgetting that Robbie plays for Cardiff now ;-) Read about his famous 'sniffing the touchline' incident if you have not heard it yet :-)

Unknown said...

Hiya Marga

Thanks very much for that link, I spotted another clear example of why Clarence Mitchell is just not fit to be a spokesman for a couple of guilty criminals, he drops them in it left right and centre with his clumsy remarks:

"And, you know, there was some debate within the group. Now, Gerry and Kate, as 'arguidos', as suspects, are, would have had to go back if they were forced back - legally - to go. There was no question of them saying "No, we couldn't go", but the friends are not suspected of anything or not involved directly in that sense, to that degree. And, as a result, they had freedom of choice. "

Aside from the fact he had already reported they were indeed saying no, the really pertinent words are:

but the friends are not suspected of anything in that sense, to that degree..

I am afraid what he means here is all too clear. The friends are not suspected of anything in that sense, means they are not suspected of actually killing Madeleine and " to that degree" means they are in fact suspected of also neglecting their children. Well yes it is a question of degree, child neglect is far less serious than child homicide.

Just like Gerry McCann he makes public statements that contain serious Freudian slips where he inadvertently lets us know exactly what he is thinking. He should just shut up or let someone more competent take over. Usually in such a case, there may be the odd comment by a qualified lawyer who knows exactly how to pick and choose the right words. Clarence Mitchell just plays at being something he is not.

As a registered member of net-patrol.com I do have different tools I can use. One of them is a lanquage recognizer. After recognized the lanquage I have to translate the text. A little hard sometimes. I rather translate pure bosnien lanquage, than yours "island talk" ;-))

Hiya Doc

I think Rosie had another consultation with I will tell you a dream about maddie if you pay me a load of dosh (Brian)

She says:

"I think there is something decidedly sinister in PDL and it is about time someone from outside sorted this mess out, it is obvious the PJ haven't a clue!"

I say:

I think there WAS something very sinister in PDL but as soon as the PJ made very clear they thought they were very sinister they hightailed it on the next plane out. So, now, there is nothing sinister in PDL anymore:-))))And what is more, the sinister ones, just do not want to go back there either!
