I am going to find the article where Metodo 3 are admitting their brief was never to actually find Madeleine and will post this also.
I hope Kate and Gerry McCann hang their heads in shame for so wantonly fleecing people of money on such wicked false pretences, self serving narcissists, both of them!

This is the question we should be asking at this stage. To answer it, we must ask another essential question: Was Maddie abducted or not? If to legal professionals, who have followed this case closely from the start, it was very quickly evident, as well as to the PJ, that over time, the theory of abduction became less and less plausible, the facts revealed by SOS Madeleine McCann on November 11th have dealt a death blow to the theory of kidnapping.
This is also the admission of one of the detectives of the Spanish agency Metodo3, hired by the McCann parents to find Madeleine, who we learn were not hired to find Madeleine but indeed to direct public opinion (and perhaps the PJ) towards Spain or Morocco, the purpose being to manipulate the media and the public by inventing false leads in both these countries also causing the slowing down of the investigation. (The PJ had to check out these many false leads every time.) Thus, journalists were invited to interview "witnesses" paid by the said agency to say they had seen Madeleine. If these revelations are true, and there is no reason to doubt them, we can, in any case, bring doubt to bear on all of the statements of many of the witnesses who stated having seen Madeleine. Above all concerning witnesses who happened by chance, at some time, to have a connection with the McCann family, notably via the Netherlands.
Abducted or died?
Another question comes to mind: Why weren't the detectives hired to find Madeleine, contrary to what was shouted loudly and clearly by parents broken down by the "abduction" of their much loved little girl? Why did the parents hire detectives to put on a huge media show and slow down the ongoing investigation instead of finding their little girl? The only plausible answer to that question, is that the parents knew perfectly well that Madeleine was not abducted. But, then, what has become of Madeleine? Still on the basis of the truth of statements from SOS Madeleine, there too, the only answer that comes to mind is: the death of the little girl. This hypothesis is the one which has the most consistency and is the track maintained by the PJ investigators in agreement with their British counterparts.
So, guilty or innocent?
If Madeleine died, which seems to be so obvious as to be the truth, it happened by accident. The little girl's parents are not cold-bloodied killers. Two hypothesis are held. The first is death following an overdose of Calpol , of which the proportion of sedative is more significant in Portugal than in the UK. Maddie allegedly awoke in a semi-conscious state, allegedly stumbled, banged herself violently and died of her injuries. Another suggested hypothesis and which largely takes precedence, is the theory according to which Kate allegedly argued with Madeleine. During this argument, Kate allegedly made an unfortunate move, Madeleine was knocked against an edge or a corner of a piece of furniture, she bled profusely and died quickly. ( whiplash in banging herself for example).
In short, a terrible tragedy for the parents. In both cases the parents are facing a few years in prison. Be it for manslaughter, in the first instance: be it for "involuntary blows and injuries causing death without the intention to do so," in the second case. With a major difference with regards to Portugal: in the eyes of the law, if there was negligence towards the child, the couple's other children would be immediately placed with Portuguese social services WITH NO possibility of their being returned to their British family!!! It was clear that as well as the misfortune and pain of losing Madeleine, it was urgent to protect the twins. Also, a member close to Gerry, being the main "financial backer" of the British Prime Minister's political party, was contacted on the same evening as Madeleine's "disappearance" by Kate (on her own admission), Then the media, via sky News, helped to launch an unprecedented media machine at the moment when the PJ's director received, in the middle of his dinner in Lisbon, a call on his mobile phone from the British embassy informing him of the disappearance of a little British girl while the local police were not yet on the spot! In the parents' place, in the same situation, with they connections they have, would we not have done the same thing to protect our two other children?
Was there fraud?
Continuing to refer to the revelations by the detective from the Spanish agency hired by the McCanns, in the eyes of the law, yes there is fraud! Fraud in the creation of a fund to find Madeleine of which the money was mainly used to pay detectives who admit never having been hired to find Madeleine. 50,000 euors a month to divert attention from the investigation. Emotional fraud and that is, surely, the most serious. All those people who thought of themselves in solidarity, affected by Maddie's disappearance,pouring money into a fund which would help to find her. We all fell into the trap.
Ourselves, here, at the association, we cried, like you, imagining that poor child, abducted, alone without her security blanket to comfort her, crying with all her heart, away from her parents, panicked....And those things more truly horrible of which we would not speak here but which justified the creation of our association. To begin with, it played on the heartstrings until we realised that the theory of abduction was becoming hardly defensible, not to mention that the parents didn't hesitate to attack various media and collect considerable sums in "damages" following what was written by them. But those famous words could have been the absolute truth!!!
A mole in the PJ.
SOS Madeleine revealed the presence of a mole in the PJ, informing the parents in advance of various investigative operations that the team in charge of the case were going to set up. It is more understandable why the parents were in the middle of washing Maddie's pink comfort blanket as well as other clothes in the washing machine just before the arrival of the inspectors to seize the comfort blanket and the clothes with a view to DNA analysis!!! We could add a long list of worrying details in the parents' attitude but which perfectly explain themselves when we know that a member of the PJ was advising them of what was going to happen! Is this the attitude of people who have nothing to hide?
Anomalies in the case file on DVD
For some time, a small part of the complete case file (5,000 out of 30,000 pages!!!) has been accessible to the public. We have published some it it here, noting that it is necessary to be careful in publishing its contents. In fact, this DVD is not complete and only represents around 17% of the total. Our association, like probably all the other professionals in the field of police work, detected anomalies in the case file. In fact, some documents appeared doubtful, seen as suspicious. Some signatures, annotations, drew our attention. We addressed them to whom it may concern to take the information back to Portugal. Following that, and even though we had been aware for several weeks, the journalist Duarte Levy, in statements, yesterday on Portuguese television, revealed that there were documents in the case file which had been tampered with and manipulated. It is there, neither more nor less than errors in writing. No comment. So, be careful what you read on various forums.
Death threats!
At the start of the broadcast in which the journalist we spoke about above, Duarte Levy, was participating, the director of the Portuguese television channel informed the viewers that Mr Levy had just, at that moment, received death threats on his mobile phone following his latest revelations. These threats are being taken seriously. According to our information, the journalist received two different calls. One from Portugal and the other from the UK, both threatening to kill him! If the revelations made by SOS Madeleine are false, and as a result the parents have nothing to hide, why threaten to kill people? Why does the McCann clan brandish, at the slightest opportunity, a threatening finger towards anyone who would not say the same things as them? Why try to silence the press?
In conclusion.
If the revelations from SOS Madeleine concerning the Metodo3 detectives and the PJ mole are correct, it could be deduced that the parents were not innocent, that Madeleine was not abducted. That there is fraud. And above all that the hoax is in the process of being shot down - as proof the various death threats - and that the truth will, in the end, see the light of day!!!

No amount of staged character references 18 mths on will say or show whether the parents were involved in Madeleine dying.
In terms of priests they are like all human beings and perhaps pretty similar to Doctors. Some are very dedicated, kind and thoughtful people who do all they can and are driven by a kindred spirit for mankind. Others are charlatans driven by ego, greed and a obsessed by status within a community.
My mate from university who was gay starting going out with a trainee priest. Out of 18 people who were training and this was in about 1992 and in Clapham the priest chap said 11 were gay. We all laughed at the time. Now I mention this because the catholic faith can be blind towards this part of life. So in this group 11 out of 18 people were living a very big lie to further themselves in life.
So I always take what a Priest says with a pinch of salt as they simply represent all human beings. And do you know what I reckon the sincere, thoughtful priests do as well for they know just how much people will dress opinions up as facts to save themselves from their masks being exposed.
What does the priest say about kate not answering questions. What does he say about Eddie and Keela finding blood spats. he says nothing does he. But if the almighty one really is up there he/she knows and will seek retribution from parents who willingly leave their children alone to party and drink. Shame on the McCanns and time will tell how far they are evading in an attempt to save their masks from being exposed.
If nothing else, just ask yourself why would a government media spokesman who worked for the Central Office of Information (ie Britain's most stalin like propaganda unit ) get seconded in the background and then leave to work with this couple. It doesn't take a genius to work it out.
For Maddie to get justice Brown has to leave and the Portugese government will have to then have a desire to put right the wrongs here. Time will tell

Reading through Seddons statement one thing jumped out at me. He says he sent a text, surely an abducted child would merit more than a text from such a close friend, and recieved an immediate reply from Kate. In this case his phone number would have been attached to his text message so why did Kate have to ring her mam for his number ?

Well what friend would confirm to those of the public who think that the guy he considers his friend is a total tw@t. I am Scottish and proud to be a Scot. I have 3 handsome sons and a handsome husband. Yes they all look fab in kilts yet they would not for one second consider turning up at a wedding, christening etc in a kilt unless they were part of the immediate party and asked to do so. Him wearing a kilt is like a female wearing a stunning white dress to a wedding! Ooh everybody look at me! Why did the priest make that comment?

What would you do if another parishioner confessed this to you that she and her husband did this and felt guilty for their selfish uncaring actions towards their children even though they check them every 30 mins. Would you say, what wonderful parents you are don't worry you are well within the bounds of responsible parents I have that on good auhority. Go my child eat drink and be merry with your husband and friends. What did you think when it was revealed that she also left her children again even when her eldest asked where were you when we were crying? That is cold and heartless, imo.

It was not negative publicity that causes my disbelief of them it was the parents and their actions that did that. I have never believed them since the 4/5/07 and never will. It is only the missing child and her siblings that I have sympathy for.

The text stood out for me. I found Kate's message rather odd. She felt as if the "world was about to fall apart". Surely her world should have fallen apart the minute she found Madeleine missing.
If we are to believe The priest is a very close friend and has stayed with them before, would they not know his number, and why stay for a week just to give an occasional smile?

I think those two, their parish priest and all the other hangers on are busy getting their statements and supposed grief ready for the big publicity campaign at Christmas!!
Another thing that always puzzles me about these two is the fact that they start all these preparations for a publicity campaign 'well before the date' when it would be quite possible, bearing in mind they think Maddie is still alive, that she could be found before the chosen date!!
It would indeed be a miracle if she did but we all know it's not going to happen and so do they!

This whole farce is an absolute disgrace. I am totally ashamed of our media, and they should be as well. A terrible crime has been committed and nobody is interested in reporting the truth from the files.

With regard to the priest's statement. What was the point of it! IMO it is totally irrelevant. He was not on holiday with them therefore he has no idea what happened on that holiday and what was he being a witness to. Even in PdL he was a spare part giving a smile here and there, eh! He did not state anything in his statement as to how the parents just knew their child was taken and what was said to him to make him believe in the abduction theory. The whole statement, imo shows no concern for a missing 3 year old child merely a stroking the ego of his so called friends.

You sound as though you could do with some central heating!
I know our house in Spain is much colder in winter, even with the central heating, because of the marble tiles on the floor.
Here in Suffolk the weather is absolutely freezing but luckily we are as warm as toast indoors with the carpets and efficient gas central heating.
But you gain in the summer with all that lovely heat and cool floors and houses, so it's swings and roundabouts really.

Maybe we should consider why Kate and Gerry are not instructing further enquiry agents and are hanging on to so much cash. With interest it surely must be heading back up towards the one million mark given its recent little boost from their fellow conspirators.
I believe there is only one explanation for this. We heard in the early days they wanted a separate fund, a Defence Fighting Fund, but in fact this has never been set up has it? I think that is because they had to come to the realisation that people were not prepared to pay their defence costs for them. Branson gave one million and then withdrew as did many others.
I believe the McCanns know for a fact that in the fullness of time they are going to really need that Defence Fighting Fund and legally there is nothing at all to stop them using the money for that purpose, indeed that is what they have always spent it on. The firms they have instructed were to control risks to them, Metodo 3 have admitted they were never asked to look for Maddie, merely to collect witness sightings etc, i.e. develop the hypothesis that Maddie was abducted and they are completely innocent.
The McCanns know that at the end of the day they are likely to face prosecution here in the UK for what they did and they are really going to need that Fund. It is clearly worded so they may do so, for support of family members, paying legal costs, private detectives to try and produce evidnence they are innocent, i.e. by blackening the character of Murat and all these supposed sightings, is support of family members. They were in despair because their reputation has been done so much damage in spite of the small fortune they have spent trying to stop that from happening. They are upset the Fund monies dried up because they know that when it comes to the crunch in the UK, even one million pounds could be small numbers in terms of what they would like to spend to defend themselves. Remember they have talked about bringing over American experts on DNA, blood/cadaver dogs etc. That just does not come cheap, expert witnesses often charge even more that barristers and solicitors, particularly when they come from over the pond!
**of course Branson gave one hundred thousand, not one million** even though, as Rosie would say, he can afford, he is not that frivolous with his cash!

I hadn't realised the McCanns have not yet hired new enquiry agents - I thought they had aleady done that!
I think you are right and they are desperately hanging on to the money supposed to be spent on looking for Madeleine - 'we are leaving no stone unturned' - either to pay for their defence when they are finally brought to justice, or to enable them to high tail it out of the UK (as they did in Portugal) when things start to get hot!
If this government is still in power it would probably enable them to have a complete new identity (to protect the twins) and disappear into the wild blue yonder! After all, they did what they were supposed to do and that is bring into the public domain the Amber Alert system! That seems to have died a death too!
Mind you, they've always got Uncle Brian to bail them out whenever they get into hot water I suppose, unless he goes broke in this recession - I shouldn't think he's selling many windows these days, but then he's probably made all the money he'll ever need aready.
Talking of Robert Murat - I haven't seen any mention of him by the McCanns or CM since he got the undisclosed payout recently! I bet they were climbing up the wall with frustration and Jane Tanner must be keeping her head down these days too!

A PRIEST from Atherton flew to Portugal to comfort the McCann family as they continue to search for their daughter Madeleine.
Father Paul Seddon baptised four-year-old Madeleine and married parents Kate and Gerry eight years ago while he was based in Liverpool.
He moved to Atherton in September last year but has maintained strong links with the family and was asked by them to fly to the resort of Praia da Luz in which Madeleine disappeared nearly four weeks ago.
He has now returned home although the search for the girl continues.
Yesterday, her parents released the last video clips taken of their daughter before her disappearance, showing her dressed in pink and holding a rucksack, walking on to a flight at East Midlands Airport.
The mobile phone footage also shows her on an airport bus in the Algarve.
Father Seddon has spoken of the "tidal wave of empathy and love" which has flowed towards the family during that anxious time.
He said: "I went as a friend rather than a priest. Kate called me in the early hours of the morning shortly after Madeleine's disappearance. Both she and Gerry were very distressed and I tried to comfort them as best I could."
He added that the world had been inspired by the family's resilient reaction to her abduction.
He was also impressed by the massive number of visitors who have visited a website set up for Madeleine.
He said: "Initially we all felt weak and helpless but when we looked at this couple in the most awful situation imaginable, we asked ourselves the question - if they can be so courageous, why can't we?"
He added: "The emphasis is now on how we can channel negative emotions into positive action to make things better. We are not going to look back now, we're going to look forward.
"Gerry spoke of the tidal wave of destruction Madeleine's disappearance caused. It has now been met by a tidal wave of empathy and love which has been turned into hope and action."
Father Seddon is the Roman Catholic parish priest of St Richard's Church in Atherton.
He said Kate's deep-rooted faith had helped carry the family through the trauma and that Gerry, a consultant cardiologist, has had a possible religious awakening

I seem to remember it being said that Kate and Gerry hadn't been near a church for years, and now we read from the priest from Atherton that she has a deep rooted faith! If that's the case she must be despairing of her faith now that Maddie's been missing for 19 months with no sign of hide nor hair of her.
I can't wait for their next public appearance at Christmas to see those well rehearsed actions as the cameras go rolling in and the usual "we believe our Maddie is still alive and out there somewhere but we need to fill up the coffers in order to pay the non-existent private detectives, so please dig deep in your pockets and don't forget Madeleine - she is just lovely!"

There is a fantastic thread by IRONSIDE on the 3A's entitled "Tony Miranda Bliar" - a fantastic exploration of dirty goings on in government, and especially focusing on Blair, Brown and Mandelson - also tells a very sad story of paedophilia so rife among the elite in our society. Seems 'dirty dealings' when it involves the upper classes get labelled with a class D which means they are given legal protection and no allowed to be published in the media - all involves the Masonic Lodges too without a doubt!

How can he deny any of those charges he had her in his flat under the bed when the police arrived and it looks like she had been there the whole time she was missing.
Now unless he always has girls staying with him and keeps them under the bed (a serious crime anyway) was he the only person in England not to know the police were looking for her...
Karen may well be up to her neck in it but from what has been printed about her and the creep she alowed to live with her and call himself a step father at least her children are safeley away from the pair of them now.
I hope they lock him up for a very long time and if the jury think the evidence proves she was involved then lock her up to.
However if she is found to be innocent the papers have a lot to answer for it seems ok to slate this useless mother but not another Neglecting Mother who has gone out of her way not to help find the daughter she say's is in the hands of peadophiles through no fault of her or her husband although they could not be bothered to care for three very young children.
Enough now before any more from Team McCann let them take a lie detector test and show the world I am scum for doubting them.

You are right, Kate's mother said she was surprised they had asked for the Priest as they were not very religeous.
It has been said Kate and Gerry do not want to appear publicly, hence the sportsman making an appeal on their behalf. Well, if there is a sportsman, what cowards they are!
Perhaps they know that the tide is turning and public opinion is not what it was.
Sadly there are always going to be pensioners, with no internet, or wise to what is going on, who will give their last penny.

What really bugs me is any woman who cries rape is protected (and rightly so) if it is proves she is lying her name is still protected but the man who is proved to be innocent has had his name banded about and usually people asume there is no smoke without fire...
So a new law she be passed to protect everyones identity but when found guilty put it on every headline no matter who they are... We are all equal in the eyes of God and pretending to be a good Catholic wont wash with him!!!

I agree with your comment above and would like to add. Sadly there will always be people who take the words of the priest as Gospel and feel guilty for having a mind and opinion of there own. The comments he makes in the above article are quite astonishing and only the gullible, imo, would choose to believe them. He is just endorsing the team propaganda, imo!

I read that report in the McCann Files earlier and it made my day!At last something to give us a bit of hope that justice might be on it's way for Madeleine and the chink in the McCann's armour might be starting to let the light in!
I just heard that Shannon Matthews' Mum and Uncle have been found guilty - at least Shannon was found alive, which is a wonder considering the time it took the police to locate her. I should have thought that the Uncle's place should have been searched from day 1! Shannon having been drugged, could quite easily have had a much worse fate.
Of course, this was a 'copycat' crime to make as much money as the McCanns have but of course this couple were much less clever and didn't have powerful friends to help them cover things up!
I also read on the McCann Files that the McCanns said they had spent a million pounds on their search for Madeleine - don't they mean that the people who have given money and their benefactor BK have spent the money? They are still living in their large, albeit mortgaged house, thanks to the public generosity to their Fund.
The McCanns must be thanking their lucky stars that they are untouchable at this moment, but at the moment is precisely what it is - slowly, slowly catchee monkey!

The jury in the Shannon Matthews case certainly came up trumps. I wonder how the McCann's are feeling at this news, pretty nervous I would imagine.
So Karen Mathews is guilty for abusing her daughter by allowing her to be tied up and drugged. I hope the Judge hands down a very long sentance and she has no chance of parole.... I hope Donavan gets a long sentance as well but there is nothing more evil than a Mother betraying her child.
I note this has been put down to the fact they wanted the 50k reward money when all along at the begining they wanted a fund like the McCann's which IMHO is what they bassed the whole evil plan on...
At least Shannon is alive and with love and time it could be the making of her she did not stand a chance with her uninteligent uncaring mother and as for the Evil Pervert who was her stepfather thank god she got away when she did (even in such a vile and evil way)...

I pray that you are right and young Shannon can pick up her life with people around her who care. I know she was very upset about being separated from her real dad, so let's hope they are sharing some quality time together now and the other little siblings as well.
As for that evil mother and the uncle, well they will get what's coming to them hopefully. I don't know what happened to the perverted stepfather.

It always amazed me that a couple whose young child had gone missing could spend time texting and calling on their mobiles. Ok you would expect to make a couple of calls to close family, but I don't think I would have been able to put two words together, let alone make up text messages. A normal parent would be all over the place and unable to concentrate on anything other than looking for their child.
So we can now build up a picture of just why Madeleine was crying out for her Daddy that night and not for her Mummy; I hope the truth of all this comes out pretty damn quickly and coincide with the publishing in English of GA's book!

Well the Police and prosecution certainly did a good job for Shannon Matthews and ever the optimist I can see no reason why they will not do the same for Madeleine McCann. It is simply they came up against a set of far cleverer parents. Paulo Reis is certainly predicting this saying the case will be opened again in Portugal (remember it was only shelved) and fresh proceedings in UK. Dare we hope? What a great Christmas present that would be, although not for the now silent Kate and Gerry McCann.
I entirely agree no normal parent would be texting and playing with their mobile, you would be either crying hysterically or frantically searching. Parents genuinely in the situation of having a missing child are known to alternate between these two states. The PJ immediately wanted their mobiles handed over for evidence and they had deliberately destroyed that evidence, as ever, it really speaks for itself, why would a distraught parent start messing about deleting their phone record. Why would they allow everyone to trape through the apartment either? They were bright enough to know one would preserve evidence not destroy, they behaved like guilty criminals and the PJ knew it, hence top cops from UK were immediately drafted in. Police of course would also know that in 9 cases out of 10, it was the parents..
Poor little Madeleine, maybe, just maybe we are about to see justice in the true sense of offenders being brought to book for what they did!

Pleased to see that Sharon Matthews and the pervert who hid Shannon under the bed to try and make a fortune like the McCann's did, have got their come uppance! Typically, they showed no emotion on being sentenced!
There are a few articles on the McCann files describing the difference in the way the media reacted to the two crimes.
Madeleine's case, was given saturation coverage from the beginning because her parents were, supposedly, intelligent and played up to the media, like celebrities, using very sophisticated media strategy right from the outset, and Shannon's family who were from a sink housing estate and likened to Harry Enfield's slob family!
The difference in the media's treatment was phenomenal! I did resent one writer describing the Matthew's family as 'working class' though, because it's my bet they've never done a day's work in their useless lives. However, the articles were true in the way that Britain still has such a class system; something which doesn't seem to happen in most other European countries, to my knowledge!
The police are convinced it was a copy cat crime and that Sharon Matthews was just after the lolly, which we all knew of course right from the start! The McCanns have a lot to answer for!
