THE SUPER SUN GETS HACKED OFF and a bit of "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd

Just thought I would share a bit of what I have been listening to...Although David Gilmour is not playing the guitar on this version of Pink Floyd's famous song Comfortably Numb, the signing by Van Morrison on this is just fab and the guitarist in Roger Waters band is well erm real good! Hope anyone looking in enjoys this just as much as I do being a lifelong Pink Floyd fan, although I generally prefer David Gilmour to Roger Waters since they split up.

Whoops, looks like they got The Times as well, go home Mr Murdoch, you are not wanted here.   We do not want your lying rags,  bribed coppers and bent politicians, we want fairness and justice.  Understand? Oh and PS stop lying for the McScams.
=================

I just had to go and tweet my congratulations for this one, whilst also complaining come on I want to read about the McScams.  In fact, for the first time in about three years, there are absolutely no McScam stories in The Super Sun this month, I am buggered if I can think why not other than Kate and Gezzy cannot get off the loo to give their instructions on what is next in their, ahem, Find Maddie Campaign.

Wiz, I think you saw this one coming!

Meanwhile the apparently undead Murdoch is amassing a really good team of lawyers (humm where I hear that before) to defend himself in The States from what is being termed an "international investigation" that has gained impetus after the two resignations of our top brass coppers Stephenson and Yates.   The Murdoch investigation in The States could last four years and cost him tens of millions.  What a murky business,

Sun website hacked by LulzSec

Hacking collective redirect Sun website to fake story claiming Rupert Murdoch had been found dead – before redirecting site to the LulzSec Twitter account
Hackers organise a redirect of the Sun homepage
The fake page created by LulzSec
The LulzSec collective hacked the Sun's website and redirected it to another hacked page falsely reporting that Rupert Murdoch had been found dead.
LulzSec also claimed to be "sitting on their [the Sun's] emails" and that they would release the emails on Tuesday. They tweeted what they claimed was Rebekah Brooks's email address at the Sun, and said they knew her password combination.
LulzSec put up the fake page after they found a way into the News International system and changed the code for the breaking news banner on the Sun's site. When the Sun page refreshed, readers were redirected to a fake page on the New Times site at new-times.co.uk/sun.
The hoax story suggested Murdoch had taken the radioactive poison palladium before "stumbling into his famous topiary garden late last night".
The page later redirected to LulzSec's Twitter account.
"This is only the beginning. Fuck you Murdoch. You are next," tweeted the person behind the LulzSec Twitter account – thought to be the member known as Topiary, a Swedish-born citizen who lives in the Netherlands.
The episode demonstrated that News International's systems have been vulnerable to hackers for some time. Rumours had surfaced that thehacking collective Anonymous would hit the site last week, but nothing appeared to come of it.
LulzSec, a group of about six hackers, had announced last month it was disbanding, but it has seemingly reformed to attack News International.
"We have owned Sun/News of the World – that [Murdoch] story is simply phase 1 – expect the lulz [laughs] to flow in coming days," Topiary tweeted from the LulzSec account.
Another member of LulzSec, Sabu, had earlier in the day begun tweeting email addresses, passwords and names of former News International staff, including Bill Akass, the News of the World's managing editor, and Joe Campbell of the Sun. It is not known whether the claimed passwords were correct.

I think recently John Yates has done a very, very good job on counter-terrorism. I think he's been a very, very fine officer in that respect.

Boris Johnson

Do you think Theresa May has been telling blondy what to say, because it is strange but she emphasised what a good boy Yates had been since she came into office. But I guess he was very naughty getting her in there so they are not talking about that because he is in deep sh1t about that.

I know what I will do, I will say there is nothing to investigate, and I will only waste a day of my precious time doing that, brilliant! Then I can look after all my luvverly Murky tory mates and they will keep inviting me to fantastic parties and everything, oooh I love it. Ho hum Mr Yates.

It is strange Docmac is warning everyone to be so careful here, because I got a nasty virus whilst on MM the other night and not for the first time either. Maybe he has just too much insider information.

The Mucks closed their Facebook page down too, Kate is completely stuck to the loo. The twins are doing their packed lunches and getting themselves off to school like good kids.

I think this really is the end for the Mucks and both their personal newspapers got shut down/hacked off, this is just too awful how can they communicate with their fans?

No more highjacking genuine tragedies then Kate? I am sure they were pleased at your absence.

Claudia Lawrence's father at Downing Street

Peter Lawrence says families need more support to deal with a missing relative's practical affairs

Inquiry for relatives of missing
The father of Claudia Lawrence is to help present the findings of an inquiry into the rights of families of missing people at Downing Street later.

Solicitor Peter Lawrence's 35-year-old daughter was last seen in York on 18 March 2009. Her disappearance is being treated by police as murder.

Mr Lawrence gave evidence at the parliamentary inquiry in June.

He and Rachel Elias, sister of missing Manic Street Preachers guitarist Richey Edwards, will hand in the findings.

They will be joined by Nicki Durbin, the mother of missing 19-year-old Luke Durbin, who was last seen in Ipswich in May 2006 after a night out with friends.

New law
Supporters of the charity Missing People and the chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Runaway and Missing Children and Adults, Ann Coffey MP, will also be at Downing Street on Monday.

The event also coincides with an expected announcement that the Justice Select Committee is to launch an official inquiry into Presumption of Death legislation - the focus of one of the four sessions of last month's Parliamentary Inquiry.

Mr Lawrence hopes the inquiry will result in a new law allowing families to appoint a trustee to deal with the affairs of missing people 90 days after they disappear.

He said: "I am pleased that the prime minister is taking an interest in the 'missing rights' issue and hope that this will ensure something will soon be done to help those families who find themselves in difficulties."

Ms Coffey said: "The needs of this group of victims must be met and the government must listen to the voices of the families and professionals reflected in the recommendations within this report.

"None are particularly costly and yet, if implemented, would make all the difference in the world to the families."

From reading around this it is a group of young men, I have to say I am not so amused that they hacked into SOCA, that was a step too far and of course hacking is a serious offence!

But sometimes radical action by the young can carry a serious message and there has to be a message that needs to be sent to Rupert Murdoch and his friends who religiously practiced what these young men have done to pay them back and they are supposed to be elder statesmen. Something very wrong here.

It is high time that ALL those who seriously break the law get treated in the same way, this young lad is being prosecuted and dealt with, so let us have more of the same for adults who really ought to know the law, like senior police officers, politicians and journalists. Enough of just turning a blind eye, like Mr Yates who is hardly setting a good example!

Oh yes, loads and loads of 'visitors' - with loads and loads of personal info to collect...

As I said previously, so many assumptions.....

I do hope you are not suggesting that a group of what seems to be teenagers that have previously (allegedly) brought down the websites of the CIA and SOCA are to be trusted. Or funny. Or that they might have no other ulterior motives.

Nah, they're not out to get the normal run of the mill punters...Anonymous do it to make not so subtle points, and I think they made a really good point with their hacking of the Sun last night...and the lulzsec tweets were hilarious

And btw I know my stuff, and I can assure you there was no malicious code or key loggers running on any of the hacked pages, they just wanted to bring down the Sun and give NI a taste of their own medicine
